Refund & Order Policy

Thank you for supporting the Turner Syndrome Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Your generosity directly advances advocacy, education, research, awareness, and support for individuals affected by Turner syndrome.

All donations and merchandise purchases are final. As a nonprofit organization, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Many of our items are produced specifically for each order. While shipping timelines may vary, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

For apparel purchases, we recommend reviewing the size chart carefully and selecting the larger size if you are between sizes.
