Shipping Responsibility
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination selected. Rates and delivery times are determined by the carrier according to your chosen shipping preference.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery & Tracking
Once your package leaves our facility, delivery is managed by the selected carrier. Please use your tracking number to monitor the shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
