Emergency Contact Card

An Emergency Contact Card (ECC) can provide important information in times of an emergency or for an added sense of personal security when traveling.

The plastic wallet-sized contact card features the Emergency Contact Card identified at the top for easy visibility in your wallet or handbag. Cardholder information should be entered carefully. Character space is limited- Abbreviate as necessary. Orders are final. No refunds.

You will receive a receipt message with an order form for you to complete.

Choose from three messages on the back of the card:

1. I have Turner Syndrome
2. I support Turner Syndrome awareness
3. Blank – No Message
